SAERIM's headquarters and heart. On a 3,668 m² site with 1,203 m² of manufacturing facilities, we wash, heat-process and pack 1,500 heads (about 7 tons) of freshly slaughtered pork head and offal per day and ship nationwide. Eight dedicated rooms — cutting, raw material storage, head processing, heat processing, inner packaging, outer packaging, chilled and frozen — are operated separately to structurally block cross-contamination.
