Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the item and packaging specification. Small-batch trial production is available; the MOQ for regular production is quoted per item during consultation.
What is the lead time?
Prototypes ship within one week after specifications are agreed. Lead time for regular production is confirmed during consultation based on item, volume and packaging.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Tell us the item, intended use and quantity when you inquire and we will explain sample terms.
Under which certifications are products made?
HACCP processes for two categories (meat packaging · livestock product processing) are applied as-is. Certificate copies are available on request.
Do you support labeling compliance review?
We support review against Korean food labeling standards. For export labels, we also check the destination country's regulations.
Can I audit the plant?
Yes. We fully disclose production lines, the quality system and original certificates.
