Since 2014, SAERIM has done that morning check inside its Gunsan plants for 12 years. From receiving to shipping we hold eight standards, so that restaurants receive ingredients ready for cooking and nothing else.

SAERIM is not a meat vendor. Anyone can sell pork belly. We take on the cuts that demand the most handling and the fewest can manage — head, offal and specialty cuts. When a pig passes through SAERIM, no part is wasted.
